1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper (ground)
1 Cup Cauliflower
Preparation: chopped
1/4 Cup Onion
Preparation: Chopped
1/4 Cup Squash
Preparation: squash
1 Potato
1 Carrots
The vegetables need to be choped on same size
2 Cups Water
1 Tea Spoon Salt
1 Table Spoon Olive oil
1/2 Cup Coconut milk
Leave to cool down for a minute and using a handheld blender, blend soup until smooth in consistency. Optional garnish with blue cheese to taste.
