Preparation: Frozen for at least hour and a half. Cut into big chuncks

Coconut milk

1 Cup Coconut milk

Cardamon

1/2 Tea Spoon Cardamon

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until just smooth. You want the mix to remain thick and stay as frozen as possible. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-proof container and place in the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight. When the ice cream is firm and scoopable it’s ready to serve. Use a warm ice cream scoop to scoop the ice cream into balls and serve with your favourite accompaniments.
