1 Cucumber

Grate the peeled cucumber into the soup pot
2 Cups Yogurt Bulgarian yoghurt
1 Tea Spoon Salt
Put the salt in the yogurt and mix well, then pour the finished mix into the soup pot

Mix well before adding the water
4 Cups Water cold
Refrigerate for 20min. Beofre serving, add chopped walnuts and fresh fennel
