Instructions

Place the potatoes in boiling water. Add salt and vinegar. Cook for 6 minutes.

Preparation: Cut into 1/4-inch sticks

Oven at 430°F/220°C

Instructions

Preheat oven to 430°F/220°C. While potatoes are boiling add corn stratch and water to a mixing bowl. Stir until it's completely combined.

Instructions

When the time for the potatoes is up, drain and shake to remove excess water. Place in in the bowl and toss!

Baking sheet

Parchment paper

Peanut oil

2 Table Spoons Peanut oil

Instructions

Set a wire rack or parchment paper over top of a baking sheet. Place fries in rows. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of peanut oil. Bake for 15 minutes.

Flipper Spatula

Instructions

Flip it with a spatula and bake for another 10-15min (depends on the size of the slices)

Instructions

Slide the ready frise into a metal bowl and drizzle with salt and pepper. Serve as hot with a dipping sauce that you would like. ENJOY!
