1/2 Table Spoons Chipotle chillies in adobo sauce
Preparation: Chopped
3/4 Cup Onion Red

Sauté the veggies for 3 min

1 Pound Pumpkin
Preparation: peeled and cut into cubes (1-2 cm)
2 Tea Spoons Red Wine Vinegar
1.5 Tea Spoons Vegetable stock paste
3/4 Cup Red lentils
Preparation: Soak for 20min then rinse and drain the water
1.75 Cups Water
Cook for 10 minutes, slightly covering with a lid.
1 Kidney Beans Can (aprox. 400gr)
Preparation: Rinse and drain
3 Table Spoons Lime Juice
