Place the sliced potatoes into a large bowl, cover them with hot water and let them soak for 15min. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 370F/180C

Drain the potatoes and lightly pat them dry with lint-free tea towel.

After you add the ingredients toss until all wedges are evenly coated.

Instructions

Arrange the wedges in even columns across a pan that so each wedge has a cut side agains the pan. (If they don't fit in an even layer across your pan, you will need to use two pans). Bake for 15min before to flip it.

Instructions

Flip the potatoes over (use the spatula and should be able to flip several at a time). Arrange them in an even layer and return the pan into the oven. Bake for an other 15min. Enjoy!
