3 Table Spoons Oil
1/4 Tea Spoon Chili flakes
3 Cups Cauliflower
Preparation: Split into florets
Mix every minute. Cook until it starts browning!
1/2 Tea Spoon Black Pepper (ground)
1 Tea Spoon Basil
1 Tea Spoon Oregano
Mix well
3 Cups Soy milk
Preparation: Hot milk
1 Tea Spoon Salt
3 Cups Pasta Penne Penne or similar
Stir occasionally! Follow the cooking time, but always taste penne before taking it off to make sure the texture is right. Penne cooked properly should be al denteāa little chewy.
4 Table Spoons Cheese Vegan
Preparation: Shredded (3 to 4 Tbsp)
Mix well. Leave for 2 min and enjoy!
