1/2 Cup Tomato

1/4 Cup Onion
Preparation: green onions, ends trimmed, chopped into thirds

Preparation: 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro
Preparation: fresh cilantro
1 Table Spoon Garlic
Preparation: 1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped
1/4 Cup Lime
Preparation: fresh lime juice
1/4 Tea Spoon Ajwain
1/4 Tea Spoon Cumin (whole)
1/4 Tea Spoon Sugar
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt
1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper (ground)
