1 Cup Potato

1/2 Cup Sweet potato
1/2 Cup Carrots
3 Table Spoons Oil
Mix well
Add the onion and spices and again mix well.

Preparation: Sliced on quarters. Separate the red onion quarters into pieces.

1/2 Tea Spoon Black Pepper (ground)
1 Tea Spoon Basil
1 Tea Spoon Rosemary
Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C. Then spread everything evenly on a baking sheet. Use parchment paper.
Stir and leave for 10min
